The property is grand, and the staff is welcoming. We enjoyed the luxurious ambiance and appreciated how well-maintained the facilities were. we felt relaxed and rested after the spa treatment we received.

The customer service team left much to be desired. the location was quite far from places we wanted to explore, making it challenging to move around.

Our room was like a beautiful palace, with regal architecture and high-quality amenities. the bathroom was spacious and stocked with luxurious toiletries. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and prompt assistance. We enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of cuisines. the resort also offered fantastic facilities like a private pool and spa services.

The size of the restaurants was a bit cramped, considering the overall grandeur of the hotel.

During our Easter getaway, we had a fantastic experience at this luxurious resort. The rooms were spacious with breathtaking views and a private pool that added an extra touch of luxury.
